1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. instant coffee
1 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda in 1 cup of hot water
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg & cloves
3 c. apples, chopped
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix egg, oil, sugar, brown sugar, coffee, and soda water in big bowl. Then add dry ingredients; mix well. Then grease big cookie sheet, pour in sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
