1 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
Few drops red food coloring
2 tbsp. strawberry Jello
2 tsp. butter
1 1/2 qt. fresh strawberries
1 baked pie shell

Put sugar, water, starch and salt in microwave bowl and microwave to a boil. Add to hot mixture Jello and butter; mix well. Let cool about 20 minutes. Place berries in prepared pie shell and drizzle mixture over. Make sure all berries are covered. Serve with whipped cream.
