SNAP AND CRACKEL COOKIES | |
1 c. flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt (if desired) 3/4 c. butter, softened 1/4 c. honey (or less if desired) 1 egg 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. Rice Krispies 1/2 c. chopped walnuts Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Cream butter and honey until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add flour mixture and blend well. Stir in Rice Krispies and nuts. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Allow to cool. Makes 24. |
