ROCKY ROAD SNAP COOKIES | |
1 roll Pillsbury Slice & Bake Sugar Cookie 1 pkg. creamy fudge frosting 1 c. miniature marshmallows 1/4 c. butter 1/3 c. water Grease square (9 inch) pan. Slice dough 1/4 inch thick and overlap in bottom of pan and press together. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes until light brown; cool for 15 minutes. Melt butter in water. Stir in frosting, blending well. Take off heat and add marshmallows and stir well. Spoon over cookie base and cool. Cut into 24 bars. |
