PUDDING COOKIE SURPRISE 
3 c. milk
1 pkg. pudding (any flavor but lemon)
8 ginger snaps, crumbled
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3 tbsp. melted butter

Combine pudding mix and milk in saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Place plastic wrap on surface of pudding. Chill. Combine crumbs, nuts, and butter mixing well. Place about 2 tablespoons of crumb mixture in each of 6 dessert glasses. Stir pudding and spoon into glasses. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on top. Makes 6 servings.
