POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. each vanilla and baking soda
1 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 c. crumbled potato chips
2/3 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla together until fluffy. Beat in soda and flour. Mix in potato chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoon on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cookies cool slightly before removing them from the pan. Make 3 to 4 dozen.
