COCONUT CREAM PIE 
1 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can coconut
5 tbsp. flour
4 egg yolks
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all dry ingredients in double boiler, then add milk, and beaten eggs. Cook over heat until thick, add vanilla, and coconut. Pour in large pie shell and cook. Top with meringue and sprinkle top with coconut and brown in oven.
