PEAS ALMONDINE 
3 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen peas
1 envelope beefy onion or onion soup mix
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1 c. sour cream
6 to 8 slices bacon
1/3 c. slivered almonds

Fry bacon crisp and crumble. Cook peas according to package directions. Omit salt. Drain. Stir in sour cream. Blend in onion soup mix. Stir in bacon, almonds and pimento. Heat through.
