GREENVILLE PATTIES 
2 c. Wheaties (or Total) crushed
1/2 c quick oats, heaping
2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 minced onion
1 c. finely ground pecans (or walnuts)
5 lg. eggs
1 pkg. G.W. Broth
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Accent
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Enough milk to soften (approx. 1/4 c.)

SAUCE:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water or milk
1/2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet (for color)

Combine all ingredients. Form mixture into patties or balls. (Mixture may be sticky). Fry in hot skillet with oil. Brown each side. Place in 2-quart casserole and cover with heated sauce. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. A small can of mushroom pieces can be added if desired. Serves 6-8 people.
