CURRIED SHRIMP SPREAD 
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder
Salt and pepper
1 can shrimp, drained, rinsed and chopped
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1 hard cooked egg, separated and chopped
Norwegian flat bread

Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise and curry until smooth. Salt and pepper lightly. Spread mixture 1/2 inch thick in shallow dish. Place shrimp on mixture, leaving 1/2 inch margin at edge. Press into cheese. Top with green onion and chopped egg white, leaving margins of each. Arrange chopped egg yolk in center. Salt and pepper lightly. Chill several hours. Serve with flat bread. If made in round dish, will look like a flower; the edge of each layer visible.
