SHRIMP CURRY 
1 1/2 onions, chopped
2 lbs. shrimp, peeled & scalded
1 block butter
8 c. boiling water
3 tbsp. curry powder
3 tbsp. flour (heaping)
6-8 boiled eggs, peeled

Saute onion in butter. Drain shrimp and saute with onion. Add water and curry powder. Cook on medium heat about 1/2 hour. Season to taste. Make flour paste and add slowly. Cook until thick. Add whole boiled eggs. Serve over rice.
