DANISH TURNOVERS 
2 oz. (1/2 c.) cottage cheese
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. sugar or honey
1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls

Thoroughly combine first 4 ingredients. Use as filler for crescent rolls, then fold to form "Danish Pastry" triangles. Bake at 375 degrees until rolls are browned.
