FROZEN STRAWBERRY SALAD 
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
2 to 3 bananas
1 c. nuts (optional), I use about 1/2 c.
9 oz. carton Cool Whip or whipped topping
12 1/2 x 7 1/2 inch pyrex or tupperware dish

Combine sugar and cream cheese, mixing well. Add drained pineapple and strawberries that have been thawed. Add sliced bananas and nuts (chopped). Stir in Cool Whip last and place in freezer. Makes large amount.

Remove from freezer approximately 10 to 15 minutes before serving (cut into squares) and serve for dessert or place on lettuce for salad. Keep unused amount in freezer. Keeps well.
