GERMAN SKILLET DINNER 
1 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. uncooked rice
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. water
1 (14 oz.) can sauerkraut
1 med. onion
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup

In a large skillet, melt butter. Spread sauerkraut over butter; sprinkle rice, then onions (chopped fine). Top with 1 pound hamburger, salt, pepper, tomato sauce and water. Cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
