2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. pumpkin

Cream sugar and oil, add eggs, pumpkin, sifted flour and other ingredients.

ICING:

1 stick butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla

Beat at high speed until creamy. Chopped pecans optional.
