ITALIAN LOVE CAKE 
1 box marble cake mix
2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 sm. box chocolate instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Make cake mix according to directions on the box and put into a 13"x9" greased and floured pan. Mix Ricotta cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla until smooth and pour on top of cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 70 minutes. Mix 1 small box of instant chocolate pudding with 1 cup of milk in blender. Then fold in an 8 ounce container of Cool Whip that has been thawed. Put this on top of cooled cake and refrigerate.
