SWEET NOODLE KUGEL 
1/4 lb. butter
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 lb. fine noodles
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
5 eggs, separated

TOPPING:

1/2 c. graham crackers
Cinnamon-sugar

Have butter and cream at room temperature. Cook noodles, drain. Cream butter and cream cheese together. Gradually add sugar and vanilla. Add in sour cream. Add in 5 beaten egg yolks. Wash beaters. Beat egg whites until stiff. Combine noodles and cheese mixture. Fold in egg whites. Pour into a greased oblong pan. Sprinkle on crushed graham crackers and then cinnamon- sugar. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Kugel can be frozen after baking. Cut into squares before freezing. Serve warm or hot with cherry pie filling or sour cream.
