SWEET NOODLE KUGEL 
1 lb. med. noodles
1/4 lb. sweet butter
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
6 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. creamed cottage cheese
1/2 lb. cream cheese
3/4 c. white raisins (opt.)

Boil noodles in salted water until almost done. Drain immediately. Place in large mixing bowl, mixing with butter.

In separate bowl, beat eggs well. Add rest of ingredients. Fold in noodles. Place in a well greased 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes until brown on top. May be cut into 16 to 20 pieces depending upon desired number and size of servings.
