YOGURT-TAHINI DIP 
1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
3 tbsp. Tahini (sesame seed paste)
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 garlic clove, crushed

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Makes one cup.
