BRAN MUFFINS 
1 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
5 tsp. baking soda
1 qt. buttermilk
3 c. sugar
1 (15 oz.) pkg. Raisin Bran flake cereal (Kellogg's)
5 c. flour

Dissolve soda in buttermilk. Mix remaining dry ingredients and add eggs. Add oil and cereal. Stir until JUST mixed. Store batter in covered container, refrigerate and bake as needed in muffin tins at 350 to 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
