ITALIAN CHEESE CRESCENTS 
DOUGH:

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. Ricotta cheese

Mix well together.

FILLING:

1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. dried parsley

Mix well together.

Form dough into a ball and refrigerate 1 hour. Divide chilled dough into 3 equal portions. Roll into circle and cut into 8 wedge shaped pieces. Then place 1/2 teaspoon of filling at the wide end of dough. Roll up, pinch ends and twist in crescent shape. Place on ungreased non stick cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
