LO - CAL CHICKEN 
3-4 whole chicken breasts, split
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. lite soy sauce
Garlic powder
Salt and pepper

Place split breasts in a microwave safe baking dish. Pour lemon juice and soy sauce over chicken. Sprinkle with garlic powder and salt and pepper. Cover with saran wrap, leaving one corner uncovered for steam to escape. Cook on high for approximately 20 minutes, basting several times.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
