3/4 c. water
2 tsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. salad oil
1/4 c. lemon juice or vinegar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. catsup

Mix water and cornstarch; cook until thick and clear, 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Beat until smooth and blended. Store in refrigerator. Shake well before using.
