ROCKY ROAD CHOCOLATE 
2 c. (12 oz. pkg.) Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips or mini chips
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. shortening
5 c. (10 1/2 oz. bag) miniature marshmallows
1 c. chopped nuts

Microwave chocolate chips, butter and shortening on medium, until melted, about 5 to 7 minutes; stir until smooth. Add marshmallows and nuts; blend well. Spread evenly in a greased 8" square pan. Refrigerate until firm; cut into squares. Yield: 64 (1") squares.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
