1 box yellow cake mix (with pudding)
2 lb. ricotta cheese
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar

Prepare cake mix as directed on box. In separate bowl combine ricotta cheese, eggs and sugar. Spread cake mix in 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread ricotta mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar when cool.
