SUPER NACHOS DINNER 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion
Salt and pepper
Liquid hot sauce
1 can refried beans
1 tbsp. canned diced chilies
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Prepared taco sauce
1 (7 3/4 oz.) can frozen avocado dip, thawed
Sour cream
Chopped green onions
Pitted olives
Green and red chili peppers
1 lg. bag nacho chips

Crumble beef into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover with lid or wax paper. Microwave on high until brown (2 minutes). Drain off fat. Add onion to sides of casserole. Microwave, covered, for 3 minutes. Drain fat. Season with salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Spread out beans on a rimmed 10 inch plate. Top with meat mixture. Sprinkle with green chilies and cheese. Microwave 50% power for 4-5 minutes.

Drizzle with taco sauce. Top with avocado, sour cream, green onions, olives, and chili peppers. Tuck chips around side for flower effect. Serve with remaining taco chips. 4-6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
