CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 c. cranberries
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained (preserve juice)
2 med. oranges
1 pkg. Jello (cherry or raspberry)

Dice cranberries, put in boiler. Add sugar and cook until sugar dissolves, stir regularly. Mix pecans, pineapple and oranges. Use pineapple juice and enough water to make 1 cup, bring to boil. Pour over Jello. Mix all together and refrigerate until jelled.
