CHICKEN WILD RICE SOUP FOR A CROWD | |
Mix together the following: 1 gal. non-dairy creamer Add hot water according to directions - it should be equivalent to 1 gallon after water is added). 1 gal. milk 1 gal. chicken broth (add hot water to taste) Boil together until done: 8 shredded carrots 1 chopped onion 1 bunch celery, chopped 12 c. diced chicken Cook 12 ounces wild rice until done. Add all of the ingredients together. Melt 1 pound of butter and add flour to thicken. Add to soup and thicken to desired consistency. |
