PISTACHIO CANDY 
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 box pistachio pudding mix
1/4 c. butter
5 tbsp. light cream

Combine confectioners' sugar and pudding mix. Cut in butter with pastry blender. Stir in cream. Knead candy with hands until thoroughly mixed. Pat into 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Let stand about 30 minutes. Cut into squares.

NOTES: This works great with any flavor of pudding mix. I especially like toasted coconut.
