BURGER CHILI QUICHE | |
1 baked pie shell (regular or deep dish) 3/4 lb. ground chuck 1/2 c. chopped onion 4 oz. green chilies, drained 4 oz. picante sauce 4 oz. mushrooms, drained 3 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese 3 eggs, beaten 1 c. milk 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. garlic powder Cook ground chuck and onion until tender; drain fat. Sprinkle mixture into pie shell; top with green chilies and cheese. Combine egg, milk and seasonings, mixing thoroughly. Pour over pastry shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until set. |
