TURKEY - RICE CASSEROLE 
2-2 1/2 c. cooked & chopped turkey
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
10 3/4 oz. can soup (cream of chicken or mushroom)
1 c. milk
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2-1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
6 oz. pkg. long grain & wild rice

Cook the rice as directed. Add other ingredients, except the cheese. Put into a buttered casserole. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
