UNCLE BILL'S WESTERN STYLE CHILI 
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 lb. ground chuck
1 bag pinto beans (lg.)
Salt
Pepper
2 tbsp. chili powder
3 med. onions (at lest 1 c. diced)
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. molasses
1 lg. tin of tomatoes
2 sm. cans tomato paste
1 sm. can tomato sauce
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. cheddar cheese
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 tbsp. lemon sauce
1 tsp. dried parsley
1 clove garlic

STEP ONE: Soak beans in water overnight.

STEP TWO: Brown meat in skillet with salt, pepper, garlic, Italian seasoning and Worcestershire sauce. Drain grease. Add meat mixture to drained beans. Add all the other ingredients and season to taste with salt, pepper and Tabasco. Cook for several hours before serving.
