EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts, boneless preferred
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
3 or 4 carrots
3 peeled raw potatoes
1 c. peas (fresh or frozen)

Brown chicken breasts and put in casserole baking dish. Add both cans of soup and milk, diced carrots, potatoes and peas. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes - depending on size of chicken. (If chicken breasts are large, 1 extra can of soup should be added, plus 1/2 cup milk). Serves 4.
