EGG NOODLES 
4 to 5 eggs
3 1/2 egg shells of milk
1 tsp. baking powder

Stir in 3 to 4 cups flour and continue to add until not sticky. Roll out with a lot of flour about 1/4 of inch of however thick you like your noodles. You can roll in jelly roll fashion and cut off down the roll 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick or cut strips of your flattened dough. Fluff up noodles, let dry 3 to 4 hours or longer if you wish. Add to boiling chicken broth, canned or to make your own simmer a fryer or cooking hen. Add celery, onion, salt and pepper to taste until tender. Remove chicken. Remove meat from chicken. Add chicken to cooked noodles. This is how mother gave me this recipe so if you need help it it call her.
