HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen plump chicken
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. finely chopped green onions
3 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. Dijon mustard

Prepare chicken according to package directions. To make glaze: In small microwave bowl combine butter and onions, cover with vented plastic wrap; microwave on High 2 minutes or until onions are tender. Stir in honey and mustard. Microwave, uncovered on High 1 minute or until hot. Drizzle glaze over chicken.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
