SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. butter
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans or walnuts
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. butter, melted

Mix together the sweet potatoes, vanilla, 1 cup sugar, milk, and 1/3 cup butter. Pour into greased pan. Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until brown on top.
