SUPPER POPOVER 
1ST LAYER:

1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. green peppers
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. parsley flakes

2ND LAYER:

2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (8 oz.)

3RD LAYER:

2 eggs
1 tbsp. oil
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. chopped onion

Brown ground beef and drain; add first 7 ingredients to ground beef; simmer about 5 minutes. Pour into oblong baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top, then mix next 5 ingredients until smooth. Pour over top of cheese, sprinkle onions on top and bake 25 to 30 minutes at 425 degrees or until top is brown and puffy. Serves 4 to 6.
