PIZZA DOUGH AND SAUCE 
DOUGH:

1 pkg. yeast
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. flour (approx.)
2 tbsp. oil

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add flour, salt, and oil and knead at least 10 minutes. Save some of the flour to add when kneading dough. Shape into a ball and place in greased bowl turning once. Cover and let rise 45 to 60 minutes. This makes 2 thin crust pizzas. Double the recipe to make 3 thick pizzas. On lightly floured board, roll dough to desired size.

Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Precook pizza crust on pizza pan or cookie sheet for about 5 minutes. Add sauce, cheese and toppings. Cook for another 10 to 15 minutes.

SAUCE:

1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
3/4 can water
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste

Do not cook; just mix together and spread over precooked pizza crust.
