PIZZA DOUGH AND SAUCE 
DOUGH:

3 c. flour (2 c. white mixed with 1 c. whole wheat)
1 c. warm water
1 tsp. salt
8 tbsp. olive oil
6 tsp. (2 pkg.) yeast

Add flour to water and yeast. Let it rest 10 minutes. Then add oil and salt. KNEAD 15 minutes. Turn into a well-oiled bowl. Cover and place in warm area.

When doubled, pound down, then stretch-push into pizza pan. Spread with sauce and top with favorite pizza ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool a few minutes before slicing.

SAUCE:

Salt
Pepper
Basil
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1 can tomatoes (squeeze juice out)

Mix all, then pour over dough.
