STUFFED MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. quick cook oatmeal
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
4 c. bread cubes
1 egg
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix first 6 ingredients and set aside. Melt butter and saute onion and celery until tender. Pour over mixture of last 4 ingredients. Grease 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan and place 1/2 inch layer of meat along bottom and sides of pan. Fill center with bread cube mixture; place remaining meat on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
