STUFFED MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 c. oatmeal
2 eggs
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2/3 c. milk

FILLING:

1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems or pieces
1/2 c. sour cream

Cook onions and celery in butter until tender. Remove from heat and add mushrooms and sour cream.

Mix all ingredients for meat loaf thoroughly. Line a 9 x 5 x 3 pan with foil allowing ends to extend over the edge of the pan.

Press half of meat mixture in bottom of pan. Make a small groove in mixture and add filling. Put remaining meat loaf mix on top.

Bake about 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Use foil to lift loaf from pan. Let stand a few minutes before slicing.
