TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
2 lb. lean ground beef, browned and drained
1 envelope Lipton's onion-mushroom dry soup mix
1 can French onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup (may use low fat, low sodium type)
2 lb. frozen tater tots
1 can beefy mushroom soup (optional; use if cooking 3 pounds of meat)

Mix cooked, drained meat and undiluted soups. Place in 2 quart casserole dish. Top with frozen tater tots.

Bake at 375°F for 35-40 minutes, or until meat mixture is bubbling and potatoes are beginning to brown.

Variation: Use three pounds of beef, and add 1 can of beefy mushroom soup. Use a 3 quart pan.
