GROUND BEEF AND TATER TOT
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 sm. onion (optional)
1/2 c. green pepper
1 sm. can peas
Tater Tots
Seasoning
1 sm. can kernel corn
1/2 can cheddar cheese soup

Brown meat and onion in pan. Drain grease and put meat in casserole (1 1/2 or 2-quart dish). Place Tater Tots on top of meat side by side. Sprinkle chopped green pepper on top, followed by peas and corn. Top with cheddar cheese soup. Bake in covered casserole dish at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
