LINGUINE WITH TUNA SAUCE 
3 lg. ripe tomatoes chopped
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 bunch green onions with tops chopped
1/2 tsp. chopped fresh basil or 1/4 tsp. dried
1 lemon
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can water packed tuna, drained
1 tsp. pepper
3/4 lb. linguine cooked

Combine tomatoes, oil, parsley, green onion and basil; cook 5 to 7 minutes. Squeeze lemon over tuna. Grate rind of lemon; sprinkle over tuna. Toss with pepper. Add to tomatoes and onion, cook 5 to 7 minutes. Serve over linguine.
