TUNA SEAFOOD SAUCE | |
1-2 cloves garlic, pressed in garlic press 1/4 c. olive oil 1 (8 oz.) can Fancy Albacore tuna in water 1/4 c. Seyvel Sauvignon Blanc 1/4 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. black pepper Salt to taste 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes 1 lb. favorite pasta Place oil in kettle and add crushed garlic and spices. Saute until garlic begins to brown. Add tuna (entire can with water) break up with fork and continue to saute on medium heat until tuna is warmed throughout. Add wine, cook approximately 1 minute and then add tomatoes. Cook for 1/2 hour and serve over favorite pasta (linguine, angel hair, spaghetti). Will serve 4-6. |
