PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. butter
1 c. chunky peanut butter
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
Dash of salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/4 c. flour

Cream first 6 ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well; chill dough. Roll in balls, place on lightly greased cookie sheet, flatten with fork in criss-cross design. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.

This is a soft peanut butter cookie.
