1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 sm. pkg. instant banana pudding
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 box Nilla wafers
5-6 average ripe bananas

Mix first 3 items well; set aside. Next steps should be done quickly so the pudding doesn't thicken. Layer 9 x 12 inch cake pan with cookies and bananas; pour 1/2 of pudding mixture, then layer bananas and rest of pudding. Crumble cookies atop of pudding for an elegant appeal.
