ZUCCHINI QUICHE 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
3 or 4 slices zucchini
1 pkg. frozen Crescent rolls
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. cheese, cubed (use a yellow and white cheese for pretty topping)

Press rolls into pie pan to make crust. Saute onion, celery, and zucchini in butter until tender. Pour mixture into pie crust. Beat eggs with salt and pepper; pour over zucchini. Top with cubed cheese. Sprinkle top of cheese with parsley and/or dill. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
