3 c. peeled apples, any kind
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla until smooth. Mix in all other ingredients. This is butter thick and looks like nothing you ever saw. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Pour mixture into a 9 x 13 ungreased pan. Bake 50 minutes.
