Potatoes
1 stick real butter
8 ounces grated cheese (Longhorn and Monterey Jack mix)
salt
seasoned pepper

Wash, peel and slice potatoes to nearly fill a 9x13 pan. Melt 1 stick of real butter in pan. Add potatoes. Add salt and seasoned pepper. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
